The NCL Community Unit is a division located within our internationally renowned Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust which provides a comprehensive and specialist mental health service for Children, Adolescents, and their families. We are looking for an Administrative Support to join our NCL Community Unit – South Camden Community Team. Candidates must demonstrate their ability to support aspects of our clinical work . The role involves working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will support the South Camden Community Team. The candidate is required to provide effective and efficient administration which supports our clinical services by ensuring a high standard of data entry, and by making the best use of our system resources. The post holder will need to be confident in managing busy emails systems from clinicians, managers, and internal and external stakeholders. Within this busy and stimulating clinical team the position will require you to have excellent, communication and organisational skills as well as enjoying working within a team setting. To provide effective and efficient administration which supports management by ensuring a high standard of data quality and by making the best use of capacity and resources. The service line is home to our core Community Camden CAMHS as well as adult primary care service in Hackney. The service line is fully multidisciplinary with teams that are staffed with Psychiatry, Psychology, Social Work, Psychotherapy, Nursing and Family Therapy.
